Session 1: 9am - 10am Session 2: 1pm - 2pm Session 3: 6pm - 7pm The Downtown Improvement Fund is a grant program developed to provide property and business owners with a flexible funding mechanism to improve their properties in Downtown Oneonta.

• Other Transformative Projects
